POLICIES
I would first like to say thank you for supporting my small business. There are a lot of different options to choose from so I am honored that you choose me to service you.
With that being said, there are policies put in place for my protection and to ensure each and every client has the best experience possible here at Melt Wax and Sugar Studio.
No Call No Show
Clients that fail to reschedule or cancel and don’t show will forfeit your deposit paid when booking.
Reschedule / Cancellation
Melt wax and sugar studio is an appointments only studio. All Cancellations and rescheduling must be done 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in your paid deposit to be forfeited.
We Understand that life happens and sometimes we can not keep our scheduled appointments. However, when appointments are missed, we miss the opportunity to service another client. Thank you for your understanding!
Late Policy
Melt Wax and Sugar Studio has a seven minute late policy. If you are seven minutes late or more, we may not be able to accommodate one or all of your services. I will do my best to accommodate your appointment, However it is not guaranteed and you may be asked to reschedule and be charged the $10 late fee if there is not enough time to complete your service.
Menstruation Policy
If you were on your cycle at the time of your appointment, we may still proceed with your scheduled services. We understand you may be uncomfortable with being serviced on your cycle. So we kindly ask that you plan accordingly, our cancellation policy will still be in force within the 12 hours of your service start time.
In order to perform your Brazilian on your cycle, we kindly ask that you insert a clean, tampon or menstrual cup before the start of your service so we maintain our sanitation protocol.
